The data controller for your personal data is Svetia Veritas Chile SpA (hereinafter "Svetia"), domiciled in Chile. For privacy-related inquiries, you can contact us at [email protected].

Data We Collect

We collect anonymous browsing data through Google Analytics, including: pages visited, session duration, device type and browser, country/region of origin, and preferred language. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any data that directly identifies you, unless you voluntarily provide it through contact forms.

Legal Basis for Processing

Analytics data processing is based on your explicit consent, granted through our cookie banner. Essential cookies are processed under legitimate interest, as they are necessary for basic site functionality. We ensure all processing has a valid legal basis in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR for users in the EU/EEA and the CCPA/CPRA for California residents.

Data Retention

Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained for 14 months. The consent cookie is stored for 1 year on your device. We do not maintain our own databases containing personal information of site visitors.

Third Parties and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with consent mode v2 enabled. This means Google does not process analytics data until you grant consent. Google acts as a data processor in accordance with their Data Processing Terms. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any other third party.

International Transfers

Data processed by Google Analytics may be transferred to Google servers located outside Chile and the EU. These transfers are supported by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Google's certifications under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
